News for this week.

Meeting night is Tuesday 15th August at Ashburton Library, 7.30pm onwards.
This month the Theme is Wet and Wild models. Bring your models that have something to do with water along for discussion.

Next Months discussion will be a demonstration and talk on Soldering techniques by Alex Curlis.

Sunday the 20th August is the Annual Swap and Sell day. We have sold out 28 tables already and it looks like it will be a great day. The Venue is Ashburton Support centre on High Street, doors open for traders at 9am, the public gets in at 10am.....

The club has purchased 2 new banners for helping people find our venue. A Wings and Tracks Banner and a Banner for the Swap and Sell.

I have included here some pictures of the July Modelling Camp at Baccus Marsh. A great weekend was had by all.

Don't forget to get started on those Bears for next years Expo Display. if you do not have a bear then there are still some left that can be picked up at the next meeting.

IPMS Australia is currently in the process of setting up a display of Vietnam models at the Upwey/Belgrave RSL museum (The Running Rabbits Museum) as part of their Battle of Long Tan memorial. The club will be organising a Lunch date in the near future to go up and visit the Museum on a Saturday or Sunday as a group activity. Special Thanks should go to Simon Mac for his work to make all of this happen.

So some pictures make sure you scroll to the end :).....

And Finally one of the 3 musketeers......
